Privacy & cookies

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit glyon.dk or contact us, why we do it, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

GLYON ApS (CVR 45023109), Tagensvej 16A, 2200 København N, Denmark, is the data controller. For anything about your data, email info@glyon.dk.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and what your message is about. We use this only to reply to you and to follow up on the conversation you started.

  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
  • How it is delivered: the form is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards it to our team’s email inboxes. FormSubmit acts as a processor and only passes the message on.
  • How long we keep it: as long as the conversation is relevant, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we enter into a business relationship.

Analytics – only with your consent

If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which sections people read, how far they scroll, which links they click, whether the contact form is completed, and general information about device, browser and approximate location (country or city). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use the data for advertising and do not combine it with other data about you.

If you do not accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all and nothing is sent to Google.

  • Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the Danish cookie order). You can withdraw it at any time via Cookie settings in the footer; we then delete the analytics cookies from your browser.
  • Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the US, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • How long we keep it: analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and the logs are kept only for a short period.

Fonts, images and video are served from our own server – no third-party font or media services are contacted when you load the page. Links to LinkedIn only send data to LinkedIn if you click them.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@glyon.dk and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency: Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

Changes

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
